The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine and the American Hospital Association, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.

Preparing clinicians to deliver high quality hospital at home care can present distinct challenges. For those with a traditional clinical background, it can be dizzying to provide care in the home environment compared to on a hospital floor or in a clinic. Even those with a home care experience must learn the ins and outs of delivering acute care safely. Whether a new or growing effort, hospital at home programs should have a clear plan and procedures to determine how they will train new clinical team members to rise to the occasion and confront the unique challenges and opportunities of providing acute level care in the home.

In this webinar, presenters from a wide range of backgrounds discuss the unique education and preparation needed to help your staff deliver a successful hospital at home program.
