Hospital at Home Users Group Annual Meeting 2022 Promotional Image

Registration is NOW OPEN for the Hospital at Home Users Group 2022 Virtual Annual Meeting, Agile & Ready, featuring:

From 10am-5pm ET on Thursday October 27, our Annual Meeting is a pre-conference session of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM) on October 28-29 (taking place in Orlando, FL).

For the pre-conference, the individual rate is $175/person and the group rate (five or more attendees from the same institution) is $125/person.

Each health system/hospital is invited to bring two patients or caregivers that they serve through their hospital at home program to the Annual Meeting for free. More details for registration to be provided soon.

How to Register:

  1. Visit the AAHCM page for the Annual Meeting information (aahcm.org/annual-meeting). Click REGISTER.
    • If you have not made an account with AAHCM, please register as a NEW USER by entering your email, and generate a new password to set up your account.
    • If you have an account with AAHCM, please be sure to login. Some of you may have accounts that AAHCM has begun create for you, as members/affiliates of the Users Group in good standing, as the Users Group is a SIG of AAHCM. Please reset your password and proceed from there.
  2. Enter your contact information on the form on the following page, including FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, JOB TITLE, ORGANIZATION, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, and PREFERRED ADDRESS.
  3. Select one of TWO options: “Hospital at Home Users Group (1-4) / per person” if you are registering alone or with two-four fellow participants; OR select “Hospital at Home Users Group (5+) / per person” if you are registering with a group of 5 or more.
    • If you are registering with any number of guests, please select at the bottom of the form REGISTER GUEST and enter the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, JOB TITLE, ORGANIZATION, PHONE NUMBER, PREFERRED ADDRESS, for each of your guests. You must create profiles for ALL the members of your organization that are also attending with you, in order to qualify for the group discount.
    • Once you are done, click NEXT.
  4. Confirm the information you just entered on the following page. Click NEXT.
  5. Select your preferred method of payment. You can pay by choosing either:
    • PAY NOW, which you’ll then enter your credit/debit card information. Then click PAY NOW
    • INVOICE ME, which will prompt you to enter your email address to receive the invoice later. Then click PAY LATER.
    • Note: If you are registering as a group, that means you will be paying all together as well.
