Scheduled for January 27th, 2026

The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.

Increasing early transfer admissions from emergency departments is an essential mechanism for growing Hospital at Home programs to scale. These admissions maximize HaH’s benefits for patients and health systems by minimizing the time patients spend in the hospital. The result: a better care experience, reduced strain on emergency department capacity, and better financial returns for HaH care.

In this webinar, leaders from Mayo Clinic, Penn State Health, and Hackensack Meridian Health will explore common challenges to early transfer recruitment and discuss the strategies they have employed – and you might use – to improve recruitment in their programs.
