Scheduled for June 18th, 2026
The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.
Delivering acute care in the home offers great benefit to patients and providers, but these benefits are not without risk. To ensure program sustainability and operational excellence, HaH programs must prepare to meet the unique challenges of the home setting and align to evolving standards and best practices in patient care, risk management and organizational governance.
Gregory Snyder, MD, MBA, will moderate a panel of HaH leaders and risk management experts in a discussion of five core enterprise risk management categories in HaH – clinical, emergency preparedness, technology, operational, and legal/regulatory. They will discuss how programs can proactively address these domains as concerns arise in scaling programs to ensure the highest level of care and safety for patients and providers.
For background on this important topic, please see: “Hospital at Home: Navigating Risk Outside the Traditional Hospital Setting,” a white paper from the American Society for Health Care Risk Management and co-authored by Dr. Snyder and others.
