Recorded January 30th, 2024

The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing care in the home.

Scores of programs have established a Hospital at Home program during the last two years and are currently delivering quality care. The next question: how do we scale these programs to serve many more patients?

This webinar examines three levers for HaH program growth: changing emergency department culture, managing census variability, and scaling the model across multiple hospital sites. Leaders of three large HaH programs—Atrium Health, Mass General Brigham, and Saint Luke’s Health—discuss the strategies they use to address these scaling challenges and how they have grown their programs and continue to provide high quality acute care in patients’ homes.
