The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine and the American Hospital Association, is pleased to present our latest webinar for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.

The extension of the CMS Acute Hospital Care at Home waiver provides running room to establish and grow high quality Hospital at Home programs and an opportunity for the field to work collectively on fundamental issues critical to the long-term health of our movement. This webinar explores several priorities including program standards, scale strategies, policy issues, and payment approaches—all integral to ensuring long-term vitality and survival of Hospital at Home programs. Watch the webinar to hear about opportunities and strategies for building a sustainable Hospital at Home movement during the waiver extension and beyond.
